Soccer Revolution refers to Soccer Revolution Ltd, its subsidiaries and other partnerships, corporations, undertakings and entities which are authorised to practice using the name ‘Soccer Revolution’ or ‘Hinton & Finchley Revolution FC’. See the section entitled ‘Who are the data controllers’ below for more information on the entities that control and process personal data in Soccer Revolution.

If you apply for a career opportunity with us, we will also collect the following information:

• Employment and education information, such as education/academic history, CV, place of study, subject of study, years of study, records of qualifications and/or training, results, extracurricular and club activities, language skills, personal statements, answers to questions relevant for the role you have applied for, and referees
• Information on immigration status and work authorisation
• Health-related information, as permitted or required by applicable law, for instance where we need to know this information to make adjustments to our recruitment processes

We may collect or receive information about you from third-party sources.  For example, we may use publically available sources to keep the contact details we hold for you accurate and up to date or we may collect information about you from a referee if you apply for a career opportunity with us.

Our website uses a number of cookies and web-based analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, that track and report on the manner in which the website is used to help us to improve it. To improve and ensure the relevance of the communications we send, we collect information about whether you read the emails and other materials that we send to you, click on the links in those emails and materials, and how you visit our website after you click on those links.  We do this by using software that places a cookie on your device which tracks this activity and records it against your email address.  Please see the section entitled ‘How we use cookies and analytics for more information on cookies and how to manage and remove them.  Removal of this cookie will not affect your experience on our websites. 

6. Courses and events

We will collect and process personal information about you in relation to your attendance at events and courses organised by Soccer Revolution or its business partners.  We may share your information with IT and other service providers or business partners involved in organising or hosting the relevant event. 

Where you provide us with information about your dietary, medical or access requirements in connection with your attendance at our events and courses, we will only use that information in order to cater for your needs and to meet any other legal or regulatory obligations we may have.  

7. How long do we keep your personal information

Your personal information will be retained in accordance with our global data retention policy which categorises all of the information held by Soccer Revolution and specifies the appropriate retention period for each category of data.  Those periods are based on the requirements of applicable data protection laws and the purpose for which the information is collected and used, taking into account legal and regulatory requirements to retain the information for a minimum period, limitation periods for taking legal action, good practice and Soccer Revolution’s business purposes.

8. Who do we share your personal information with

The Soccer Revolution website is powered by Wix.  Our booking portal is powered by OpenPlay and our email marketing platform is MailChimp.  These third parties serve as processors for Soccer Revolution and will have access to personal information.

We may also share your personal information with certain trusted third parties in accordance with contractual arrangements in place with them, including:

• Our professional advisers and auditors
• IT and other service providers to Soccer Revolution
• Third parties involved in hosting or organising events and courses

Where necessary, or for the reasons set out in this policy, personal information may also be shared with regulatory authorities, courts, tribunals, government agencies and law enforcement agencies.  While it is unlikely, we may be required to disclose your information to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify you before we do this, unless we are legally restricted from doing so.

If in the future we re-organise or transfer all or part of our business, we may need to transfer your information to new Soccer Revolution entities or to third parties through which the business of Soccer Revolution will be carried out.

Soccer Revolution’s main IT systems are located in the UK and are controlled by Soccer Revolution Ltd.

Any changes we make to this Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email. The updated Privacy Policy will take effect as soon as it has been updated or otherwise communicated to you.
